Giugi Carminati is a former litigator with a track record of advocacy. She is an attorney, a business owner, a law firm wellbeing and management trainer, as well as a scientist. She is also a diving instructor and a technical rebreather diver.

After half a decade at Weil, Gotshal & Manges practicing complex commercial litigation, Giugi went on to Berg & Androphy where she fought a qui tam case against one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

In 2017, Giugi founded The Woman's Lawyer, a law firm dedicated to representing victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Giugi obtained protection orders and fought abusers in a family law court for years while providing trauma-informed representation.
